Wer will, nimmt f\u00fcr diesen Abschnitt den <strong>Shuttlebus<\/strong>, der oben am Parkplatz startet.<\/p>\n<p>Unten beginnt die eigentliche Levada: waagrecht, schmal, links der Kanal, rechts der Hang. Die B\u00e4nke sind stellenweise keinen Meter breit und ohne Gel\u00e4nder. Aus der Wand tritt an gutem Wassertag ein Dutzend und mehr F\u00e4lle gleichzeitig; der Name \u00fcbertreibt, aber nicht sehr.<\/p>\n<h2>Was schwierig ist, und was nicht<\/h2>\n<p>Konditionell ist die PR 6 harmlos: eine Levada steigt nicht, das ist ihr Bauprinzip. Die 250 H\u00f6henmeter der Zufahrt sind alles.<\/p>\n<p>Anspruchsvoll ist sie anders. Die B\u00e4nke sind schmal, der Fels ist glatt, und an mehreren Stellen f\u00e4llt es seitlich weit ab. <strong>Wer nicht schwindelfrei ist, hat hier mehr M\u00fche als auf dem Gipfelweg zum Pico Ruivo<\/strong> \u2014 auch wenn die Schwierigkeitsangabe dasselbe sagt.<\/p>\n<p>Profilierte Schuhe sind Pflicht. Turnschuhe auf nassem Levadastein sind der h\u00e4ufigste Grund f\u00fcr Rettungseins\u00e4tze auf dieser Insel.<\/p>\n<h2>Mit der PR 6.1 kombinieren<\/h2>\n<p>Vom selben Ausgangspunkt zweigt die <a href=\"\/de\/pr6-1-levada-do-risco\/\">PR 6.1 zur Cascata do Risco<\/a> ab: 1,5 Kilometer zu einem einzelnen, hohen Wasserfall. Die beiden Wege teilen sich den ersten Abschnitt, und die meisten Leute h\u00e4ngen die Risco-Schleife an \u2014 sie kostet gut eine Stunde extra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zwei Wege bedeuten aber zwei Reservierungen.<\/strong> Das wird regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcbersehen.<\/p>\n<h2>Anfahrt<\/h2>\n<p>Der Parkplatz liegt an der ER 105 zwischen Paul da Serra und Raba\u00e7al, in gut 1290 Metern H\u00f6he. Er ist klein und an sch\u00f6nen Tagen ab dem Vormittag voll; das Hochplateau davor ist zudem oft in Wolken, w\u00e4hrend unten die Sonne scheint.<\/p>\n<p>Ohne eigenes Auto ist die Anfahrt schwierig \u2014 Linienverkehr gibt es hier nicht. <a href=\"\/de\/wandertransfers\/\">Wandertransfers<\/a> fahren die Strecke regelm\u00e4\u00dfig an.<\/p>\n<h2>Reservierung<\/h2>\n<p>Geb\u00fchren- und reservierungspflichtig \u00fcber SIMplifica, in Zeitfenstern von 30 Minuten. Hin und zur\u00fcck sind es 8,6, und die veranschlagten drei Stunden sind knapp bemessen, wenn man am Wasserfall Pause macht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lohnt der Shuttle?<\/strong> F\u00fcr den R\u00fcckweg fast immer.
